Upload a billing report exported from Plato (Date / Invoice No / Diagnosis / Provider / Visit Type / MBS columns). This runs without an LLM: for each invoice it guesses which MBS/AMA/WorkCover items are commonly billed for the listed ICD-10 diagnosis, provider and visit type, and shows which of those guesses are not already billed on that invoice. These are rule-based suggestions to review, not a clinical verdict.
